方法:18月龄雄性SD大鼠20只分为对照组和肌酸补充组,每组10只,使用高效液相色谱法测定肌组织中肌酸和磷酸肌酸含量;在离体状态下,测量比目鱼肌(SOL)和趾长伸肌(EDL)单次收缩及强直收缩张力。结果:肌肉中肌酸和磷酸肌酸含量比对照组显著增加(P〈0.05),SOL和EDL的最大收缩张力(Pt)和最大强直张力(Pn)均增大,但只有EDL与对照组相比有显著差异(P〈0.05);收缩达最大张力时间(TPT)SOL和EDL均缩短,但均与对照组无显著差异;舒张到50%最大张力时间(RT50)SOL和EDL均缩短,但只有SOL与对照组相比有显著差异;肌酸组比目鱼肌抗疲劳性显著提高,而趾长伸肌的抗疲劳性没有明显提高。在抗疲劳测试中,在刺激开始的20-30秒肌酸组的EDL张力增加幅度较大,与对照组相比具有显著差异。结论:肌酸补充对老年大鼠比目鱼肌和趾长伸肌收缩特性有良好的作用,但影响具有肌纤维类型依赖性。

방법:18월령웅성SD대서20지분위대조조화기산보충조,매조10지,사용고효액상색보법측정기조직중기산화린산기산함량;재리체상태하,측량비목어기(SOL)화지장신기(EDL)단차수축급강직수축장력。결과:기육중기산화린산기산함량비대조조현저증가(P〈0.05),SOL화EDL적최대수축장력(Pt)화최대강직장력(Pn)균증대,단지유EDL여대조조상비유현저차이(P〈0.05);수축체최대장력시간(TPT)SOL화EDL균축단,단균여대조조무현저차이;서장도50%최대장력시간(RT50)SOL화EDL균축단,단지유SOL여대조조상비유현저차이;기산조비목어기항피로성현저제고,이지장신기적항피로성몰유명현제고。재항피로측시중,재자격개시적20-30초기산조적EDL장력증가폭도교대,여대조조상비구유현저차이。결론:기산보충대노년대서비목어기화지장신기수축특성유량호적작용,단영향구유기섬유류형의뢰성。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of creatine supplement on contractile properties of rat soleus (SOL)and extensor digitorum longus (EDL)muscle.Twenty eighteen month old male SD rats were randomly di-vided into two groups:control group (CG)and creatine supplement group (SG),with ten rats in each group.After six weeks,the content of creatine (Cr)and phosphocreatine (PCr)were deteruminated by high performance liquid chroma-tography,and contractile properties were examined in SOL and EDL muscle in virto at 30℃.The result showed that sig-nificant increases in Cr and PCr had occured in the SOL and EDL after six weeks supplementation.In SOL muscle,crea-tine supplements increased the maximum twitch tension (Pt),maximum titanic tension (Po),decreased time to maxi-mum twitch tension (TPT),but the time from maximum twitch to half relaxation decreased.In EDL muscle,creatine supplements significantly increased Pt,Po while decreased TPT.Creatine supplements increased the fatigue resistance of the SOL muscle,but not much of EDL muscle.The force potentiation which occurred in the EDL muscles during the ini-tial 20 to 30 seconds of the fatigue test were greatly increased.Creatine supplements had better effects on the contractile properties of the senior rat's SOL and EDL muscle while the differential effect of Cr supplements on contractile properties relied on muscle fiber types.
