本文在批判性借鉴现有商业模式研究成果的基础上，提出“商业模式‘基因缺陷’论”，认为“企业基因”在商业模式中发挥着根基的作用，是除“顾客”外另一个商业模式核心要素，现有的商业模式研究成果存在“基因缺陷”。在此逻辑导向下，本文以上市公司为样本，对我国医药流通企业的基因要素进行了实证甄别，对商业模式的功能层次和要素体系进行了“基因改良”式重构，并据此提出了我国医药流通企业的商业模式诊断体系及创新策略。

This paper firstly proposes the view of genetic defect business model by critically drawing the present research on business model. It is the enterprise gene, which is the other core business model factor except for the customers that plays the fundamental role in the business model. There exists genetic defect in the present forms of business model. Guided by such logic, the paper takes listed enterprises as example, empirically testifies the genetic factors of medicine circulation enterprises, rebuilds the function levels and factors system through genetic improving, and then puts up with diagnostic system and innovative strategies for business model of medicine circulation enterprises in our country.
