采用扎根分析法，较为科学系统地回顾了国内外1990--2013年间有关学术创业的187篇文献，围绕学术创业的主体与动因，共提出908个编码、13个概念，澄清了学术创业的三类主体，并从四个维度归纳出学术创业的各种动因，指出未来应加强学者创业行为及其心理机制对学术创业绩效影响的研究。

Using grounded analysis, we systematically reviewed relevant literature on academic entrepreneurship in 187 papers during the years of 1990--2013 at home and abroad. First we put forward 908 codes and 13 concepts on the themes of actors and drivers of aca- demic entrepreneurship. And then three types of actors were clarified and various drivers generalized from four dimensions of academic entrepreneurship. It suggested that future research should be focused on scholars＇ entrepreneurial behaviors, psychological mechanism and their effects on academic entrepreneurship performance.
