印度的残疾人教育萌芽较早,但发展缓慢。独立后,印度通过各种法律法规保障残疾人平等接受教育的权利,并制定了多项针对残疾学生的优惠政策。经过各方面的努力,印度的残疾人教育取得了很大的成绩,但由于受种种不利因素的制约,印度的残疾人教育还处于相当落后的状态,还有许多困难需要克服。
印度的殘疾人教育萌芽較早,但髮展緩慢。獨立後,印度通過各種法律法規保障殘疾人平等接受教育的權利,併製定瞭多項針對殘疾學生的優惠政策。經過各方麵的努力,印度的殘疾人教育取得瞭很大的成績,但由于受種種不利因素的製約,印度的殘疾人教育還處于相噹落後的狀態,還有許多睏難需要剋服。

Education of persons with disabilities in India germinated quite early but developed slowly. After independence,various laws and regulations have been formulated in India to guarantee the equal rights of education of persons with disabilities and to give preferential treatments to disabled students. Through the efforts of all walks of life, education of persons with disabilities in India has made some achievements. But being restricted by many unfavorable factors, education of persons with disabilities in India has not shaken off backwardness,and there are still a lot of difficulties in front of it.
