荔波喀斯特森林景观具有很高的科学价值和美学价值，自2006年申遗以来，旅游人数逐年攀升，旅游收入不断增长，客流量逐渐逼近景区极限，如果管理调配不当，基础设施不到位，对遗产地的损害是不堪设想的。通过对该景区森林案观价值的评估，希望促进荔波世界自然遗产地保护和可持续发展，为决策者做出科学合理的规划提供决策依据。采用国内外流行的旅行费用法和条件价值法对荔波喀斯特森林景观价值进行了评估。结果表明：2011年荔波喀斯特森林景观价值为127．284L元，其中，使用价值为124．18亿元，非使用价值为3．10亿元，几乎是2011年荔波旅游收入（32．91亿元）的4倍。因此，应当充分意识到荔波喀斯特森林景区的景观价值，科学、合理地保护好景区的生态环境。

Since the successful application for the list of world heritage in 2006, the number of tourists has steadilyincreased, tourism revenue has been continuously growing, and passenger flow volume has been gradually approachingits limit at Libo Karst forest landscape with high scientific Value and aesthetic value. In case that management anddeployment are improper and the sufficient infrastructure is not available, the damage to the heritage site will beunimaginable. By assessing its value, it is expected to promote conservation and sustainable development of Libo ForestLandscape World Natural Heritage, and enable the decision-makers to make scientific and rational planning. In this study,Libo Karst forest landscape was evaluated by means of the world-popular travel cost method and contingent valuationmethod. The results showed that： in 2011 Libo Karst forest landscape value was 12.728 billion RMB, nearly＇ 4 times ofLibo tourism revenue in 2011 （3.291. billion RMB）, of which 12.418 billion RMB was value in use, 310 million RMBwas non-in-use value . Therefore, the value of Libo Karst forest landscape should be fully recognized, the ecologicalenvironment of scenic zone should be protected in scientific and reasonable manner.
