安徽省作为文化资源大省，文化产业的发展取得了巨大成就，其转型升级是安徽省文化产业大发展大繁荣的必然要求通过对安徽省文化产业发展分析得知，安徽省文化产业转型和升级应该有的放矢：加大政府政裳支持、树立新型发展观念；推进产业结构调整、培育新型文化业态；促进人才培养交流、实现文化科技创新；搭建文化融资平台、加强文化互通合作。
안휘성작위문화자원대성，문화산업적발전취득료거대성취，기전형승급시안휘성문화산업대발전대번영적필연요구통과대안휘성문화산업발전분석득지，안휘성문화산업전형화승급응해유적방시：가대정부정상지지、수립신형발전관념；추진산업결구조정、배육신형문화업태；촉진인재배양교류、실현문화과기창신；탑건문화융자평태、가강문화호통합작。
As the large province of cultural resources, the development of cultural industry in Anhui Province has made a tre- mendous progress, and its transformation and upgrade is the inevitable requirement for the further development and flourishing of the cultural industry. Based on the analysis of the development of the cultural industry, the paper puts forward that the trans- formation and upgrade of the cultural industry in the province should have a definite object： to increase government policy sup- port and establish creative concepts of development; to improve the adjustments of industrial structure and foster new cultural formats ; to promote the personnel training and exchange and achieve the cultural and technological innovation; to build cultur- al financing platforms and strengthen cultural exchange and cooperation.
