现代经济学中＂经济人＂假设的行为是为己利他。以此为视角,能够合理地阐述食品生产企业的食品安全行为,即食品安全问题是食品生产者、政府、消费者三方制衡的结果,在政府监管力度、消费者关注程度不断加大的形势下,利他守信是企业获得利益最大化的唯一途径。

Selfish altruism is the connotation of the ＂economic man＂ hypothesis in the modern economics. Based on this perspective, this paper expounded the food safety behavior of food production enterprises, and found that the food safety problem is the result of the tripartite game among food producers, govern ments and consumers tripartite balance of results. With the increase of government regulation and con sumer concerns rising situation, altruism and trustworthy is the only way to achieve enterprise profit maxi mization.
