中国正处于城镇化的快速发展时期，城镇人口集聚和产业结构调整升级改变了城镇女性就业市场状况，提高就业能力成为女性应对城镇化的必要方式。教育是影响就业能力提高的重要因素，受教育程度作为衡量教育的主要标准，对增加女性就业人数、调整就业结构、提高工资收入具有积极影响。为促进女性更好就业，需要通过拓展择业观教育活动、建立市场导向型人才培养模式、发展就业导向型行业等方式，维持女性就业市场平衡。

It is necessary to improve the female employment ability,what’s more,education is an important factor to improve employment ability. As the main measure of education,education degree has a positive impact on increasing women’s employment, adjusting the structure of employment and raising wages. In order to promote women better employment,it needs to expand the education activities of choosing occupation,establish a market-oriented talents training mode, and develop employment-oriented industry,and then to keep the balance of famale employment market under the background of urbanization.
