就业率是本科毕业生供需的整体状况,就业结构则是就业质量的重要指标,与教学质量息息相关。“985工程”院校各项指标普遍高于“211工程”院校(非“985工程”大学),且前者校际差距较小,但其净升学率相对较低;从区域分布来看,东部院校各项指标普遍较高,中部升学率指标较高,西部高校各项指标普遍较低,如升学率及出国率;从性质类型来看,综合性院校与工科院校的各项指标较高,师范类院校升学率较高,财经类院校出国率较高。从总体来看,就业结构与院校类型、分布区域及性质类型有较大的相关性。因此,为提升我国高校本科教学质量,需要根据本科毕业生就业结构特征进行有针对性的改革。

The graduates employed structure is a key index to reflect on the quality of undergraduate teaching, which form is employment rate including employed, graduate and professional, going abroad and so on. Analysis on the related dates, we find that each index of the 985 project university is higher than the 211 project university(except 985 project university),and the former discrete rate and the graduate rate is lower. By the regional distribution of universities ,universities lie in the east china show higher indexes ,in the middle china show a higher graduate and in the west china show lower indexes ,especially reflecting on the graduate rate and going abroad rate.And on the view of character category ,comprehensive university and engineer university show higher index,normal university show a higher index of graduate rate, and financial university show a higher index of going abroad rate . All in all,the employed structure is related to the classes,the region and the character category. Therefore,we should adjust to the undergraduate teaching according to the character of employed structure in order to improve quality of undergraduate teaching .
