针对当前众多城市的环岛改造需求，设计了环岛改造的总体优化思路。在总结三种环岛改造型的基础上，以通行能力和延误两个评价指标作为判别环岛改造型的选择依据，分析了无信号控制的环形交叉口改造型的判别方法，优选出最佳改造型及相应的交通组织优化措施。以福州市二环路聚龙立交下环岛改造为例，对所提出的理论进行了实例分析。

According to the situation of roundabout re construction in many cities, this essay sets an overall optimization strategy. Based on summarizing three modes of roundaboutreconstruction, the essay selects two evaluating indexes which are capacity and delay as distinguishing rule of roundabout reconstruction mode, and proposes the distinguishing method as the best reconstruction mode. Meanwhile, it discusses the corresponding traffic organization optimization measures. Finally, taking the roundabout under Julong interchange at Er＇ huan Road of Fuzhou as an example, this essay compares three possible projects by adapting the proposed distinguishing method.
