目前网络购物价格欺诈行为泛滥,严重侵害了消费者的合法权益。2014年3月15日,新的《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》（以下简称《消法》）实施,该法对网络购物价格欺诈行为进行了法律规制。在阐述网络购物价格欺诈行为概念、构成要件及表现形式的基础上,分析了《消法》对网络购物价格欺诈行为的规制,并就进一步完善《消法》网络购物价格欺诈行为规制问题提出了政策建议。
目前網絡購物價格欺詐行為汎濫,嚴重侵害瞭消費者的閤法權益。2014年3月15日,新的《中華人民共和國消費者權益保護法》（以下簡稱《消法》）實施,該法對網絡購物價格欺詐行為進行瞭法律規製。在闡述網絡購物價格欺詐行為概唸、構成要件及錶現形式的基礎上,分析瞭《消法》對網絡購物價格欺詐行為的規製,併就進一步完善《消法》網絡購物價格欺詐行為規製問題提齣瞭政策建議。

Nowadays, the price fraud in online shopping is rampant and severely damages the interests of the customers. On March 15th, 2014, new ＂Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests＂ （short for the consumer law） has been implemented, which regulates the price fraud in online shopping. Based on stating the definition, constitution and manifestation of price fraud in online shopping, this paper analyses the regulation of the consumer law on price fraud, and puts forward suggestion to improve the regulation of the consumer law on price fraud in online shopping.
