城镇化应与地方经济发展相协调，尤其应注重城乡统筹发展。文章通过分析温州市城镇化的现状和存在的问题，从城乡统筹视角提出发展农村经济是缓解城乡二元结构问题、提高城镇化水平的前提，通过加强土地管理、解决城镇化发展中农村劳动力转移等工作，促进城镇化进程中的城乡统筹协调发展。
城鎮化應與地方經濟髮展相協調，尤其應註重城鄉統籌髮展。文章通過分析溫州市城鎮化的現狀和存在的問題，從城鄉統籌視角提齣髮展農村經濟是緩解城鄉二元結構問題、提高城鎮化水平的前提，通過加彊土地管理、解決城鎮化髮展中農村勞動力轉移等工作，促進城鎮化進程中的城鄉統籌協調髮展。
성진화응여지방경제발전상협조，우기응주중성향통주발전。문장통과분석온주시성진화적현상화존재적문제，종성향통주시각제출발전농촌경제시완해성향이원결구문제、제고성진화수평적전제，통과가강토지관리、해결성진화발전중농촌노동력전이등공작，촉진성진화진정중적성향통주협조발전。
Urbanization should coordinate with the local economic development and pay attention to urban-rural integrated development particularly. By analyzing the present situation and problem of Wenzhou urbanization, this paper from the perspective of urban-rural integration, put forward some views like developing the rural economy is the premise to relieve the problem of urban-rural dual structure and improve the level of urbanization. Then, though strengthening the Land Management or solving the problem of agricultural labor transference in the development of urbanization to promote the coordinated development of urban-rural integration in the process of urbanization.
