职业保障是促进新生代农民工市民化的核心内容之一,也是现代社会劳动力应当享有的法定权益。文章运用2012年“中国劳动力动态调查”(CLDS)部分数据,对新生代农民工职业保障状况进行系统、全面的描述性分析,结果发现他们在合同签订、收入保障方面存在就业单位类型上的显著差异,参加失业保障、工伤保险、工会组织和技能培训的比例均较低。
職業保障是促進新生代農民工市民化的覈心內容之一,也是現代社會勞動力應噹享有的法定權益。文章運用2012年“中國勞動力動態調查”(CLDS)部分數據,對新生代農民工職業保障狀況進行繫統、全麵的描述性分析,結果髮現他們在閤同籤訂、收入保障方麵存在就業單位類型上的顯著差異,參加失業保障、工傷保險、工會組織和技能培訓的比例均較低。

Employment security is one of the key elements to promote citizenization of new generation of migrant workers, and also is the legal rights for labor of modem society. Based on partial data of CLDS in 2012, this paper describes systematically and totally employment sectLrity situation of youth migrant workers. The analysis shows that the proportions of entering into unemployment insurance, injury insurance, labor union and program of skill training are all relatively low, and there are significant difference in contract signing and income insurance on the ernployment unit type.
