为了了解大云山汉墓出土夹芝胎漆器制作工艺,对漆片进行了含水率分析,基本都在60%以上;进行了厚度分析,总壁厚为2~3mm,纶胎厚为1.5—2.5mm,两面的漆层厚约为0.1~0.5mm;采用傅里叶红外光谱分析法对红色、黑色漆膜进行了分析,确定为传统的中国生漆,不含桐油;采用扫描电镜观察及能谱分析,红色漆膜为含有朱砂的大漆,黑色漆膜颜料为含铁化合物的大漆,为传统的漆器制作工艺。此研究有利于大云山漆器后续的科学保护修复。
為瞭瞭解大雲山漢墓齣土夾芝胎漆器製作工藝,對漆片進行瞭含水率分析,基本都在60%以上;進行瞭厚度分析,總壁厚為2~3mm,綸胎厚為1.5—2.5mm,兩麵的漆層厚約為0.1~0.5mm;採用傅裏葉紅外光譜分析法對紅色、黑色漆膜進行瞭分析,確定為傳統的中國生漆,不含桐油;採用掃描電鏡觀察及能譜分析,紅色漆膜為含有硃砂的大漆,黑色漆膜顏料為含鐵化閤物的大漆,為傳統的漆器製作工藝。此研究有利于大雲山漆器後續的科學保護脩複。

This paper was a study of the manufacturing techniques used for "Jiazhutai" lacquer wares from the Dayunshan tomb based on the use of various analytical techniques, including moisture content testing, thickness measurement, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The lacquer wares were found to have high moisture content over 60%. The total lacquer layer thickness ranges from 2 to 3 mm, while the thickness of the fabric core was from 1.5 to 2.5 mm; the lacquer film on each side was O. 1 to 0.5 mm. The lacquer film was found to contain no Tung oil. The red layer contains HgS, and black layer contains an iron compound. The results are compatible with known traditional lacquer ware manufacturing techniques. This research provides information for future conservation of these lacquer wares.
