近30余年来,世界范围内接二连三爆发的经济或金融危机先后直接与间接给我国经济及国内众多企业集团公司的战略发展与正常运营带来了巨大冲击与影响,危机的快速扩散性、广泛危害性与巨大破坏性令众多的企业高管深感危机与忧虑。本文首先深入剖析了经济“寒冬”周期中我国企业危机与机遇并存的二元性管理特征,进而分析了经济下行期间我国企业集团公司危机管控中存在的深层次问题及成因,最后基于我国企业集团危机管控的现实状况与相关环境,提出了我国企业集团公司管理层应对“寒冬”期危机的策略,目的是为我国企业集团公司高管与决策者理性应对企业经营危机及相关风险提供一些有益的思考与启示。

Over the past 30 years, the worldwide economic or financial crises which have taken place continuously have brought about the huge impacts and influences on the strategies for development and normal operation of China' s economy and many group companies directly and indirectly. Many executives feel uneasy and anxious about rapid diffusion, widespread harm and great damage of the crises. Firstly, this paper summaries the bivariate characterizationofenterprise management in the coexistence of crisis and opportunity during the economic winter, and then analyzes the deep -level problems, causes and consequences of China' s enterprise crisis management during the economic downturn. Finally, the author puts forward many countermeasures to deal with many crises in the economic winter period, based on reality of enterprise crisis management and related envi- ronment in China. The purpose of this paper is to provide some useful inspirations and thoughts for company executives of group companies in China for coping with operation management crises and risks rationally.
