跨境电子商务作为电子商务的重要分支,已经成为我国企业开展国际贸易的重要手段,成为当前我国外贸稳增长、调结构的推动力量。为考察我国跨境电子商务应用水平情况,本文依据跨境电子商务流程建立了跨境电子商务应用状况评价指标并设计相应调查问卷,在商务部的指导下,利用广交会、上交会开展参展企业调研,对各地外贸企业进行了较大规模的问卷调查;之后,应用因子分析法对评价指标进行了修正,得到含权重的两级评价指标体系。本文根据数据分析的结果,归纳出5个对跨境电子商务发展有重要影响的指标,还应用指标体系对我国各地的跨境电子商务应用状况进行了研究分析,从而发现我国跨境电子商务发展中存在的问题,并根据具体分析结果提出了相应的政策建议。

As an important branch of electronic commerce, cross-border e-commerce has become an important means for enterprises to carry out international trade, and the force of driving the steady growth of foreign trade and structure adjustment in China. In order to investigate the development of cross-border e-commerce in China, this paper sets up the application evaluation index according to the process of cross-border e-commerce and designs the corresponding questionnaires. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce of China, a large-scale questionnaire survey has been conducted on foreign trade enterprises through the Canton fair and the China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair. Then the author modifies the index by factor analysis method to get a two-level index system with weight. According to the research, it is concluded that five factors have important influence on cross- border e-commerce's development, and this paper adopts the questionnaire survey data for applied analysis to find out the status and problems of cross-border e-commerce in China. Some corresponding policy recommendations are provided based on the analysis results.
