Since China＇s reform and opening up, the theoretical circle and government develop theoret- ical analysis of new farmers＇ cooperative economy. There are three theories of the subject： the new farmer cooperative economy organization form, the principle of new type of farmers cooperative economy, and government＇s behavior orientation in the development of new cooperative economy. Profound theoretical discrimination directly promotes the healthy and rapid development of new farmer cooperative economy during the period of the reform and opening up.
