基于链合创新视角,通过分析绿色供应链知识共享的影响因素,构建其系统动力学模型,模拟仿真其过程,揭示出绿色供应链知识共享的系统动力学机制。研究表明:在绿色供应链知识系统中存在复杂的因果关系和反馈回路,其中最终客户需求引发的链合创新是绿色供应链组织间知识共享的驱动力;绿色文化竞争力有利于促进绿色供应链组织间的知识共享;关系和信任是绿色供应链组织链合创新和知识共享的基石。

The paper constructs system dynamical model of knowledge sharing for green supply chain, imitates its simulation process to discover system dynamic mechanism by effective elements analysis based on vertical cooperative innovation perspectives. The fruits can be illustrated as following: there exists com- plicated causal relationship and feedback circuits among green supply chain knowledge system, and vertical cooperative innovation caused by final customers' demand is the driving force for knowledge sharing be- tween green supply chain organizations; green culture competitive power benefits knowledge sharing be- tween green supply chain organizations; relationship and confidence is the comer stone for vertical coopera- tive innovation and knowledge sharing between green supply chain organizations.
