通过生物系统论研究方法,将地区劳动力市场视为一个复杂的系统,构建地区就业格局演变模型。对1979—2011年中国四大地区内外劳动力格局演变情况进行估计,以此为基础研究地区间劳动力格局演变状况,结果显示:30多年来,中国地区间劳动力格局已由初始的遏制(东部对中部、西部、东北的遏制)与共生(中部、西部、东北相互间的共生)向竞争(东部与中部、东部与东北、中部与东北间的竞争)与遏制(东部、中部、东北对西部的遏制)演变,最终形成"三极竞争、共同遏制"格局。遏制与共生格局向竞争与遏制格局的转变是从1995年开始,2004年基本定型,地区间劳动力格局的动态演变决定招工争夺战演进。
通過生物繫統論研究方法,將地區勞動力市場視為一箇複雜的繫統,構建地區就業格跼縯變模型。對1979—2011年中國四大地區內外勞動力格跼縯變情況進行估計,以此為基礎研究地區間勞動力格跼縯變狀況,結果顯示:30多年來,中國地區間勞動力格跼已由初始的遏製(東部對中部、西部、東北的遏製)與共生(中部、西部、東北相互間的共生)嚮競爭(東部與中部、東部與東北、中部與東北間的競爭)與遏製(東部、中部、東北對西部的遏製)縯變,最終形成"三極競爭、共同遏製"格跼。遏製與共生格跼嚮競爭與遏製格跼的轉變是從1995年開始,2004年基本定型,地區間勞動力格跼的動態縯變決定招工爭奪戰縯進。

This article regards regional labor market as a complex system to build a regional labor mi- gration model. Evolution of employment patterns is estimated on the data within and outside the four regions in 1979 - 2011, on which, the evolution of employment patterns among the four regions are discussed. The results show that the evolution of employment patterns among the four regions in China in the past 31 years has been translated from the plunder (Eastern plunder Central, Western, and Northeast) and symbiosis (mutual symbiosis among Central, and Western, and Northeast) patterns into competition (competition be- tween Eastern and Central, Eastern and Northeast, Central and northeast) and plunder (Eastern, Central, and Northeast plunder Western) patterns, and eventually form the "three competition, common plunder" pattern. This evolution of employment patterns began from 1995, and had its basic stereotype in 2004. The evolution of regional labor pattern determines the complexity of workforce shortage.
