依据本土人际关系理论,实证检验国内农产品渠道中龙头企业边界人员与农户的私人关系对农户与龙头企业间的冲突以及交易关系稳定性的影响。结果发现,私人关系可以降低农户与企业之间的冲突和农户违约倾向,提高农户续约意愿,而且私人关系会通过两条路径影响交易关系稳定性：一是私人关系直接影响农户的违约倾向和续约意愿;二是私人关系通过农户与龙头企业间的冲突这一中介作用影响农户的违约倾向和续约意愿。

Based on the theory of Guanxi in China, the paper conducts an empirical study on the im- pact of Guanxi between agricultural enterprises＇ boundary personnel and farmers on the conflict and the relationship stability in Chinese agricultural product channel. Findings show that Guanxi can reduce the conflict between farmers and enterprises, decrease a farmer＇s default tendency and improve the renewal intention of farmers. Moreover, Guanxi affects relationship stability through two paths in contract farming channel. First, Guanxi between the agricultural enterprises＇boundary personnel and the farmers affects farmer＇s default tendency and renewal intention directly. Second, the conflict between the farmers and the leading enterprises plays mediating role between Guanxi and the default tendency or renewal intention of farmers.
