大学生创业有其创业理论知识储备和创业热情的优势,但由于缺乏对创业项目选择的甄别能力和灵活组织实施创业项目的应变能力,创业成功率较低。结合合肥＂美客美食＂的案例研究表明,创业知识可以在校园里学到,但远不能满足大学生创业实践的需要;在校大学生的团队意识和合作共事能力的培养是未来创业成功的重要保证。

Inadequate capacity of selecting initial venture projects and lack of improvisation of flexibly implementing them make low success rate in course of starting new business among graduates although students have theories and enthusiasm. A careful research on Hefei ‘Meike Meishi’company reveals that the skills of starting new business can be acquired on campus,but they are far from being able to meet the actual venture needs. To make successful initial venture projects,the students on campus should be equipped w ith team spirit and ability to w ork w ith others.
