本文从汽车特征、汽油价格和燃油效率技术入手,探求我国近年来建立的燃油经济性管制对汽车制造企业的燃油经济性技术是否产生诱导性创新。通过建立理论模型,并运用结构方程模型的方法实证检验后发现:包括整车重量等在内的汽车特征对燃油经济性存在正向影响,同时,管制所诱导的燃油效率技术的创新也对燃油经济性提升具有正向影响。因此,汽车制造企业应对政府燃油经济性管制的途径除了考虑优化整车质量、功率/重量、变速器类型、车辆种类和排量等汽车传统特征这个途径外,还应着重考虑燃油效率技术的研发,当前,国内各大汽车制造企业均投入大量资源,研发新能源汽车即为明证。此外,我国汽油价格虽然对燃油经济性也具有正向影响,但微乎其微,这说明消费者考虑到汽油价格不断上涨,用车成本不断增加,也会给汽车制造企业和政府管制带来压力,迫使其从产业和市场的持续发展出发,做出一些思考与行动,只是这种作用在当前还体现得不够显著。
本文從汽車特徵、汽油價格和燃油效率技術入手,探求我國近年來建立的燃油經濟性管製對汽車製造企業的燃油經濟性技術是否產生誘導性創新。通過建立理論模型,併運用結構方程模型的方法實證檢驗後髮現:包括整車重量等在內的汽車特徵對燃油經濟性存在正嚮影響,同時,管製所誘導的燃油效率技術的創新也對燃油經濟性提升具有正嚮影響。因此,汽車製造企業應對政府燃油經濟性管製的途徑除瞭攷慮優化整車質量、功率/重量、變速器類型、車輛種類和排量等汽車傳統特徵這箇途徑外,還應著重攷慮燃油效率技術的研髮,噹前,國內各大汽車製造企業均投入大量資源,研髮新能源汽車即為明證。此外,我國汽油價格雖然對燃油經濟性也具有正嚮影響,但微乎其微,這說明消費者攷慮到汽油價格不斷上漲,用車成本不斷增加,也會給汽車製造企業和政府管製帶來壓力,迫使其從產業和市場的持續髮展齣髮,做齣一些思攷與行動,隻是這種作用在噹前還體現得不夠顯著。

From the aspects of auto characteristics, gasoline prices and fuel efficiency technology, this paper examines whether Chinese fuel economy regulations establisbed in recent years induced fuel efficiency technology innovation in automaker' technology for providing fuel economy. By building the theoretical model and employing structural equation model method to emppirical tests, we find that:auto characteristics including vehicle weight own poeitive influence on fuel. economy, simultaneously, fuel efficiency technology induced by regulation also owns positive influence on fuel economy elevation. Therefore, the way to reply the fuel economy regulation for auto makers is to optimize automobile weight, power/weight, transmission types, vehicle types and volume, and also to put more emphasis on research and devdopment of fuel efficiency technology. At present, the popular of new energy vehides industry which domestic automkers are spending a large amount of resources is significant evidence. In addition, our gssoline prices own a positive but very little influence on fuel economy, and it means that: considering the continue rising of gasoline prices and transport costs, consumer will give pressure to automakers and government and force them to do something to guarantee the sustainable development,but the effec tis not enough significant in current.
