文章对“第十三届全国多媒体课件大赛”的295个高校教师微课作品进行了分析,发现这些微课在教学设计方面存在一些问题:由于对微课的认识存在偏颇,很多微课呈现为课堂录像的直接切片;选题太散导致教学目标不够聚焦;过于注重教学活动的组织而忽略了教学内容;较少针对学习者个性化需求进行处理;导入太长或者导入没有意义,使得微课不够短小精湛;媒体的呈现水平较低,如视频清晰度不高、没有在关键处添加字幕提示、没有进行教学总结或总结没有实质性内容等。针对这些问题,提出了一些建议。

This paper took 295 works from " The 13th National Multimedia Courseware Competition "(2013) as samples and found the common problems they had in the instructional design: due to the biased understanding of microlesson, many microlessons were cut directly from the class video; Subject was too scattered to not focused enough; Too much emphasis on the teaching activities while ignoring the teaching content; Too less treatment according to students' individual needs; The import was too long or the import was of no significance so that the microlesson was not exquisite; The low level in presenting such as the lack of adding tips to the key place, or the video resolution was not high enough; The lack of summary or no substantive content when summarized. Then we put forward some suggestions based on the scientific research to solve these problems in order to provide a reference for the design and development of microlesson.
