为提高城乡基础教育信息化发展水平,中国教育发展基金会和中央电化教育馆在戴尔公司资助下启动了“互联创未来”项目。笔者对该项目在成都市的实施情况进行了实地走访调研。通过听取项目学校汇报、座谈访谈、课堂观察、问卷调查及信息技术能力测试等一系列方法,对数据整理和分析,得出该项目对成都市基础教育阶段项目学校的信息化发展起到了巨大的推动作用,并总结了项目实施的成功经验,提出了项目可持续发展建议,为非项目学校信息化教学改革提供了借鉴。

In order to improve the development level of urban and rural basic education informatization, ＂Dell YouthConnect＂Project initiated by Central Audio-Visual Education of the Ministry of Education and China Education Development Foundation,under the auspices of the Dell Company. The author for the accurate understanding of project implementation results and answers the question, especially for the implementation of the project in chengdu research conducted field visits. Through the reports of Project school, the investigation of the project equipment usage, discussion and interviews, classroom observation,surveys, IT proficiency tests etc, The author analysis the project implementation has played a huge role in informationization development of project schools in basic education stage of chengdu. Through the analysis of the data,The author summarized the successful experience of project implementation, Put forward the proposals of sustainable development for the project school and informationization teaching reform for other school.
