对557名大学生进行问卷调查,考察大学生专业承诺、学习投入与学业成就的关系,结果表明:大学生专业承诺与学习投入处于中等水平,专业承诺得分从高到低依次是规范承诺、情感承诺、理想承诺和继续承诺.学习投入得分从高到低依次是情绪投入、认知投入和行为投入;专业承诺、学习投入各因子与学业成就存在中等程度的正相关,情感承诺、理想承诺、继续承诺与情绪投入均能正向预测学业成就;情绪投入在情感承诺、理想承诺和继续承诺与学业成就的关系中起完全中介作用。
對557名大學生進行問捲調查,攷察大學生專業承諾、學習投入與學業成就的關繫,結果錶明:大學生專業承諾與學習投入處于中等水平,專業承諾得分從高到低依次是規範承諾、情感承諾、理想承諾和繼續承諾.學習投入得分從高到低依次是情緒投入、認知投入和行為投入;專業承諾、學習投入各因子與學業成就存在中等程度的正相關,情感承諾、理想承諾、繼續承諾與情緒投入均能正嚮預測學業成就;情緒投入在情感承諾、理想承諾和繼續承諾與學業成就的關繫中起完全中介作用。
대557명대학생진행문권조사,고찰대학생전업승낙、학습투입여학업성취적관계,결과표명:대학생전업승낙여학습투입처우중등수평,전업승낙득분종고도저의차시규범승낙、정감승낙、이상승낙화계속승낙.학습투입득분종고도저의차시정서투입、인지투입화행위투입;전업승낙、학습투입각인자여학업성취존재중등정도적정상관,정감승낙、이상승낙、계속승낙여정서투입균능정향예측학업성취;정서투입재정감승낙、이상승낙화계속승낙여학업성취적관계중기완전중개작용。
The authors of this paper used the questionnaire to survey 557 college students and explored the relationships between professional commitment, learning engagement and academic achievement. The results show that college students' professional commitment and learning engagement are in the middle level, the scores of professional commitment from high to low are normative commitment, affective commitment, ideal commitment and continuance commitment; and the scores of learning engagement from high to low are emotional engagement, cognitive engagement and behavioral engagement. Professional commitment, learning engagement and academic achievement have positive association. Affective commitment, ideal commitment, continuance commitment and emotional engagement have positive effects on academic achievements. Emotional engagement plays a mediating role in the relation between affective commitment, ideal commitment, continuance commitment and academic achievement.
