近年来我国日益重视文化创意产业的发展,不断挖掘出被遗忘的文化、开展各种文化创意项目的演出,而民族地区也在展示各地民族文化魅力的同时,推动文化创意产业的发展。2009年,桂林市“百姓大舞台”应运而生。本文从桂林市“百姓大舞台”的发展现状及其成功模式出发,分析桂林市民族文化惠民工程在全市的发展状况,探讨“百姓大舞台”成功的原因,并探索民族地区“百姓大舞台”及类似文化惠民项目的融资渠道,重点分析如何实现政府投入与民间投资相结合,实现文化惠民项目的可持续发展。

In recent years, with more attention put on developing cultural and creative industries, some forgotten cultures have been rediscovered and various cultural and creative projects have been carried out. In ethnic regions, the charms of different ethnic cultures have promoted the development of cultural and creative industries. In 2009, Guilin started the project of ＂Ordinary People＇ s Performance＂ This paper introduces the successful mode of the ethnic cultural benefiting project, describes its development, analyzes its successful reasons, discusses its financing channels, and explores how to integrate government investment with private investment and how to realize the sustainable development of the cultural benefiting project.
