재공사사회책임적입법배경하，동사야응승담대제삼인적책임。재식품안전사고빈발적당하중국사회，동사대소비자승담민사배상책임불부시필요적，야시가행적，동시필수진행합리입법。
As the result of the legislation of the corporate social responsibility, the executive must bear legal liability for the third party. As the incidents of the food security taking place frequently at present, it’s necessary and feasible that the executive must bear civil compensation liability for the consumer. At the same time reasonable legislation is needed.
