从网络协调视角分析生态产业共生网络中核心企业领导力与网络绩效的关系,对于从企业层面理解生态产业共生网络和提升网络绩效具有重要研究意义。在深入分析生态产业共生网络核心企业领导力、网络协调和网络绩效的基础上构建了实证研究框架。通过调研收集问卷数据,运用结构方程模型分析方法进行实证检验。研究表明生态产业共生网络中核心企业通过发挥影响力、控制力和引领力协调各方关系,从而对生态效率、关系质量和网络整体绩效产生正向影响,其中网络协调通过影响关系质量来加强网络整体绩效得到了证实。

Analyzing the relationship of eco-industrial symbiosis network core enterprise leadership and network performance from the perspective of coordination has important significance to understand eco-industrial symbiosis network and improve network performance from the enterprise level. In the thorough analysis of core enterprise leadership, network coordination and performance empirical research framework is constructed. Questionnaire data collected through survey, using the method of structural equation modeling. The results show that eco-industrial symbiosis network core enterprise to exert influence, control and lead the force to coordinate the relationship between the parties, which has a positive impact on the eco-efficiency, relationship quality and overall network performance, including coordination through the influence relationship quality to improve overall performance was confirmed.
