提出了一种基于学习的知识转移改进模型。以国家电力智能调度支持系统的开发管理为例,详细阐述了该系统的建设背景、研发过程以及IMKT-L模型在其知识转移过程中的应用分析。通过知识转移效率比较,表明了IMKT-L模型能有效降低知识在转移过程中的损失。

Improved model of knowledge transfer based on learning was present. Meanwhile, in the case of state power smart scheduling support system which was a complex competitive system, this paper elaborated its construction backgrounds, development process and application analysis of IMKT-L in the knowledge transfer process in detail. Comparative analysis on knowledge transfer efficiency show that IMKT-L could effectively reduce knowledge loss in knowledge transfer process.
