海口是滇池水唯一的泄出地，其通塞与否直接关系着滇池周围百姓的生命财产安全。因而从清初开始，地方政府就不遗余力地对滇池海口进行疏浚和治理。研究清代各时期滇池海口治理，对认识清代云南滇池区域的水利发展具有积极作用，对今日滇池治理颇具资鉴价值。
海口是滇池水唯一的洩齣地，其通塞與否直接關繫著滇池週圍百姓的生命財產安全。因而從清初開始，地方政府就不遺餘力地對滇池海口進行疏浚和治理。研究清代各時期滇池海口治理，對認識清代雲南滇池區域的水利髮展具有積極作用，對今日滇池治理頗具資鑒價值。
해구시전지수유일적설출지，기통새여부직접관계착전지주위백성적생명재산안전。인이종청초개시，지방정부취불유여력지대전지해구진행소준화치리。연구청대각시기전지해구치리，대인식청대운남전지구역적수리발전구유적겁작용，대금일전지치리파구자감개치。
Haikou is the only spillway of Dianchi Lake, and whether it is unobstructed or not concerns directly the safety of the life and property of the people around the lake. Hence, from the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the local government had spared no effort to dredge and govern it. It is of positive significance to study the governance of Dianchi Haikou in different periods of the Qing Dynasty. It can help us to understand the regional water resources development of Dianchi Lake in the Qing Dynasty, with reference to today＇s Dianchi Lake governance.
