二审程序发挥着纠错与监督的功能，而发回重审在二审程序中扮演着重要的角色，这一制度自存在以来就在理论和司法实践中颇有争议，同时又在不断发展和完善。本文从某中院近6年来的二审民事案件发回重审的相关数据入手，采取实证分析与理论研究相结合的方法，通过总结特点、分析原因、发现问题、寻找对策，对二审发回重审案件进行分类研究，以期为解决司法实践中面临的相关问题提供参考。

The procedure of the second instance plays a correction and supervision function, while remand for retrial plays a very important role in the procedure of the second instance. Though the system has been very controversial since its first appearance both in theory and juridical practice, it is being developed and improved ceaselessly. Based on the relevant data from an intermediate court about the remands of the second instance of civil cases in recent six years, we try to do a classification research on these cases both in theory and practice, finding out its characteristics and causes, identifying the problems and seeking solutions so as to solve the problems in juridical practice.
