高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻，培养高职生就业的核心竞争力已成为研究的重要课题。该文通过分析现阶段肇庆工商职业技术学院电子商务专业“工学交替”实践所取得的成果及存在的问题，提出相应的解决方案，以期对高职院校人才培养起到一定的借鉴作用。

Under the background of increasingly severe employment situation for college graduates,it is worthy studying how to cultivate the core competence of employment of vocational students. This paper analyzed the achievements and existing problems in “Working and Learning Alternation” practice of E-commerce major of Zhao Qing Polytechnic of Industry and Business at present, and proposed the solutions to it, so as to play a certain reference role on talent training pattern of higher vocational colleges.
