全身振动训练是一种新型的肌肉力量训练方法,在运动训练和运动康复中受到越来越多的关注。以2014年第61届美国运动医学会年会交流论文为例,全身振动训练为主题,从全身振动训练促进竞技水平研究、全身振动训练在运动康复中的研究与应用、全身振动训练机制研究新进展、全身振动训练的安全性和可接受性等4个方面进行综述,以期对体育和临床康复研究人员有所裨益。结果表明:全身振动训练对人体肌肉强度和力量、体成分、代谢和内分泌的影响以及对临床骨骼、肌肉、心血管系统的一些慢性疾病的治疗效应依赖于振动台的类型、频率、强度和时间。尽管一般认为高频全身振动对人体有益,低频全身振动对人体不利,但如何建立相对完善有效的全身振动训练理论体系,制定具体的理想振动参数来指导临床疾病的康复治疗,仍需要大样本实验来进一步深入研究和探索。

As a new method of muscle strength training, whole body vibration training has gained more and more attention in sports training and rehabilitation in recent years. This paper reviewed the papers communicated on the ACSM's 61 st annual meeting, and discussed whole body vibration training in four respective, which are its effect on competitive level, its application in sports rehabilitation, its new progress, its safety and acceptability. It hopes to provide some kinds of help to researchers who focus on exercise rehabilitation and clinic rehabilitation. The results indicated that the positive effects of whole body vibration on muscle strength and power, body composition, metabolism and endocrine as well as diseases occurred in skeleton, muscle, and cardiovascular are depended on the kind, frequency, intensity and time of vibration training. In general, the high frequency vibration is benefit for body and low frequency is bad. But we need large sample tests for deeper research to construct a better theory system of whole body vibration training, and to find better vibration parameters to guide clinical rehabilitation.
