我国农产品质量安全面临诸多问题，公众参与制度对于保障农产品质量安全虽具有多重价值，但其作用目前相对被淡化。我国保障农产品质量安全公众参与制度在立法、执法、司法中的不足或缺失，需要通过修订《农产品质量安全法》等法律，进而通过信息公开制度、公众监督制度、标识制度、召回制度、公益诉讼制度的构建完善和实施来应对，从而更好地保障我国农产品质量安全。
我國農產品質量安全麵臨諸多問題，公衆參與製度對于保障農產品質量安全雖具有多重價值，但其作用目前相對被淡化。我國保障農產品質量安全公衆參與製度在立法、執法、司法中的不足或缺失，需要通過脩訂《農產品質量安全法》等法律，進而通過信息公開製度、公衆鑑督製度、標識製度、召迴製度、公益訴訟製度的構建完善和實施來應對，從而更好地保障我國農產品質量安全。
아국농산품질량안전면림제다문제，공음삼여제도대우보장농산품질량안전수구유다중개치，단기작용목전상대피담화。아국보장농산품질량안전공음삼여제도재입법、집법、사법중적불족혹결실，수요통과수정《농산품질량안전법》등법률，진이통과신식공개제도、공음감독제도、표식제도、소회제도、공익소송제도적구건완선화실시래응대，종이경호지보장아국농산품질량안전。
The quality security of agricultural products in China is facing various problems and challenges. Although the public participation system has multiple value for ensuring quality security of agricultural products, its role is played down and weaken at present. In order to better safeguard agricultural products＇ quality security and make up for deficiencies in legislation, enforcement and judicature of public participation system, it＇s necessary to revise relevant laws such as Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Quality Safety of Agricultural Products, and promote the construction, implementation and perfection of in- formation disclosing system, public supervision system, labeling system, recalling system and public interest litigation system.
