语用逻辑（illocutionary logic）是言语行为理论的分析工具，通过对语用动词和语用行为语句的研究，来反映语用力量和语用行为的逻辑特征。语用逻辑思维下的法律论证，作为一种语用行为，弥补了演绎逻辑单调性的不足，将言说符号的语形、语义和语用连贯起来。语用力量通常和言说者的意图密切相关，这种意图通过言说描绘了包含某种期待的可能世界。语用逻辑展现的模式是语用行为指向的递进，或者转移，可以说论辩实践的规范结构本身就是对话实践的动态逻辑。法律论证的逻辑架构离不开逻辑连接词的作用，它可以架构命题的逻辑表达，为真值判断提供清晰的证明过程。

Illocutionary logic is the tool and system for logical analysis of speech act theory, reflecting the logical characters of illocutionary force and speech act by researching the prag- matic verbs and statement of speech act. The legal argument under theory of illocutionary logic makes up the deficiency of monotony of deductive logic and connects the dimensions of morphology, semantics and pragmatics of speech symbols. The illocutionary force is gener- ally and closely related with expectation of speaker which describes certain possible world with those expectations realized. The model performed by illocutionary logic is the progres- sive and transaction of pragmatic act. The standard structure of argument practice is also the dynamic logic of practical dialogue. It is necessary for legal argument to rely on those logical connectives which could establish the logical expression of proposition, providing process of clearly proving for truth-value judgement.
