利用2003—2013年中国沪市427家制造业上市企业的相关数据,实证分析企业的上下游关系强度与其营运资金、股利分配水平和财务风险的关系。结果表明：企业与主要供应商的关系越密切,其财务风险越小、所持营运资金水平越低、股东获利水平越高;企业与主要客户的关系越密切,其财务风险越大、所持营运资金水平越高、股东获利水平越低。
利用2003—2013年中國滬市427傢製造業上市企業的相關數據,實證分析企業的上下遊關繫彊度與其營運資金、股利分配水平和財務風險的關繫。結果錶明：企業與主要供應商的關繫越密切,其財務風險越小、所持營運資金水平越低、股東穫利水平越高;企業與主要客戶的關繫越密切,其財務風險越大、所持營運資金水平越高、股東穫利水平越低。
이용2003—2013년중국호시427가제조업상시기업적상관수거,실증분석기업적상하유관계강도여기영운자금、고리분배수평화재무풍험적관계。결과표명：기업여주요공응상적관계월밀절,기재무풍험월소、소지영운자금수평월저、고동획이수평월고;기업여주요객호적관계월밀절,기재무풍험월대、소지영운자금수평월고、고동획이수평월저。
Using the financial data of 427 manufacturing companies listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2012,this paper empirically studies the relationship between enterprise＇s upstream and downstream relationship intensity and working capital,dividend distribution and financial risk. The result shows as follows：the closer the relation with main suppliers,the smaller the financial risk,the lower the working capital level, the higher the shareholder profit level;the closer the relation with main customers,the larger the financial risk, the higher the working capital level, the lower the shareholder profit level.
