海峡西岸经济区（简称“海西区”）作为两岸人民交流合作先行先试区既有“五缘文化”的基础,也有政策基础。科技服务业作为促进两岸科技进步、进而带动经济发展以及社会各方面发展的现代服务业之一,扮演的角色越来越重要。为实现将海西区建设成为两岸人民交流合作的先行先试区的国家战略,应当积极推动海西科技服务业的发展,优化平潭综合实验区科技服务业布局。
海峽西岸經濟區（簡稱“海西區”）作為兩岸人民交流閤作先行先試區既有“五緣文化”的基礎,也有政策基礎。科技服務業作為促進兩岸科技進步、進而帶動經濟髮展以及社會各方麵髮展的現代服務業之一,扮縯的角色越來越重要。為實現將海西區建設成為兩岸人民交流閤作的先行先試區的國傢戰略,應噹積極推動海西科技服務業的髮展,優化平潭綜閤實驗區科技服務業佈跼。
해협서안경제구（간칭“해서구”）작위량안인민교류합작선행선시구기유“오연문화”적기출,야유정책기출。과기복무업작위촉진량안과기진보、진이대동경제발전이급사회각방면발전적현대복무업지일,분연적각색월래월중요。위실현장해서구건설성위량안인민교류합작적선행선시구적국가전략,응당적겁추동해서과기복무업적발전,우화평담종합실험구과기복무업포국。
West sea as cross-strait people exchanges and cooperation first try area has both the basis of the ＂five yuan culture＂ , and also has the policy basis. Science and Technology Service industry as one of modern service industries to promote cross-strait science and technology progress, lead to economic development and social development of all aspects, is playing an increasingly important role. In order to achieve the national strate- gy of building the west sea into cross-strait people exchanges and cooperation first try area, should actively promote the development of hercynian technology services, and optimze the pingtan comprehensive experimental area of science and technology service industry layout.
