现阶段我国正以强制性制度变迁为主导来推进城乡教育一体化。强制性制度变迁存在局限性,在实践的过程中带来了如实现形式表面化、实现动力不足、实现目标简单化等一系列问题。为了改变这种状况,需要采用强制性制度变迁与诱致性制度变迁相结合的方式,激发自下而上的改革动力,保障城乡教育一体化的可持续性。
現階段我國正以彊製性製度變遷為主導來推進城鄉教育一體化。彊製性製度變遷存在跼限性,在實踐的過程中帶來瞭如實現形式錶麵化、實現動力不足、實現目標簡單化等一繫列問題。為瞭改變這種狀況,需要採用彊製性製度變遷與誘緻性製度變遷相結閤的方式,激髮自下而上的改革動力,保障城鄉教育一體化的可持續性。
현계단아국정이강제성제도변천위주도래추진성향교육일체화。강제성제도변천존재국한성,재실천적과정중대래료여실현형식표면화、실현동력불족、실현목표간단화등일계렬문제。위료개변저충상황,수요채용강제성제도변천여유치성제도변천상결합적방식,격발자하이상적개혁동력,보장성향교육일체화적가지속성。
It is the compulsory institutional change led to promote the integration of urban and rural education in China at this stage. There are some limitations of the compulsory institutional change,therefore bring a series of questions in the course of practice. Such as ,the form of the realization is only on the surface ,the power is insufficient , and the goal is simplicity . To change this situation , it requires the combination of the compulsory institutional change and induced institutional change,stimulates the power of reform that is from bottom to up,and protect the sustainability of the integration of urban and rural education.
