近年来，我国高等职业院校实训基地建设水平大幅提升，校内生产性实训基地大量涌现，有力地促进了教学质量的提高。但是，受现有的建设观念、管理体制和运行机制以及基地相关性等因素的制约，基地目标单一，基地之间缺乏沟通，基地的价值尚未最大化。要改变这一现状，必须构建高职院校校内实训基地的价值链，并抓住影响价值的关键环节，改变建设观念，厘清管理体制与运行机制，打破基地之间各自为政的局面，整合所有基地资源，为教育教学服务。
近年來，我國高等職業院校實訓基地建設水平大幅提升，校內生產性實訓基地大量湧現，有力地促進瞭教學質量的提高。但是，受現有的建設觀唸、管理體製和運行機製以及基地相關性等因素的製約，基地目標單一，基地之間缺乏溝通，基地的價值尚未最大化。要改變這一現狀，必鬚構建高職院校校內實訓基地的價值鏈，併抓住影響價值的關鍵環節，改變建設觀唸，釐清管理體製與運行機製，打破基地之間各自為政的跼麵，整閤所有基地資源，為教育教學服務。
근년래，아국고등직업원교실훈기지건설수평대폭제승，교내생산성실훈기지대량용현，유력지촉진료교학질량적제고。단시，수현유적건설관념、관리체제화운행궤제이급기지상관성등인소적제약，기지목표단일，기지지간결핍구통，기지적개치상미최대화。요개변저일현상，필수구건고직원교교내실훈기지적개치련，병조주영향개치적관건배절，개변건설관념，전청관리체제여운행궤제，타파기지지간각자위정적국면，정합소유기지자원，위교육교학복무。
In recent years,China’s training bases construction level of vocational colleges increased dramatically,intramural productive training base were in large numbers,effectively promoted the improvement of teaching quality. However , the existing building concepts , management system and operational mechanism , and base correlations and other factors,which cause the base target single,lack of communication between the base and the value of the base has not been maximized. To change this situation ,we must build the value chain of vocational colleges campus training base ,and to seize the key to affect the value of changing construction concepts,clarify the management system and operation mechanism,break their own way between the base of the situation,the integration of all base of resources for education and teaching services.
