The rising of educational aesthetics is the objective necessity, which is not only the outcome of interpenetrative development of modern science, but also the objective requirement of modern educational development. The research on educational aesthetics in China has roughly experienced several stages as the proposition of concept, the conceive of subject, the establishment of subject and the development of subject, etc. With thirty years of exploration, educational aesthetics in China has witnessed significant development, meanwhile, there are some cognition problems need to be clarified. To study the background of the rising of educational aesthetics, retrospect the process of educational aesthetics, sum up the progress of educational aesthetics, and analyze the problems in educational aesthetics research are of great reference and enlightenment for the development of educational aesthetics in China.
