文章考察了中国制造业市场结构对FDI（外商直接投资）技术外溢产生的影响，认为这种影响因企业的规模和市场势力不同而发生变化。建议政府做引资决策时，对集中度较高的行业应重点考虑引进技术基础好、创新能力强的大型跨国公司，这样可以获取技术外溢带来的好处；对于那些分散程度较高、企业规模较小的行业，通过政策引导，促进本土企业与跨国公司开展垂直联系，从整体上提升行业的技术水平。

This paper examines market structure＇s effects on FDI technology spillover in Chinese manufacturing industry, and decms that the effect would vary with the size of the enterprise and market forces. The paper suggests that when making investment decisions, the government should focus on the introduction of good technology-based, strong innovative capacity and large multinational in high de- gree of concentration industry, so as to get technology spillover benefits. In addition, the government should develop policies to guide higher dispersion and small scale of enterprises, so as to promote local enterprises and transnational development of vertical linkages, and lift technology level of the industry as a whole.
