本文在分析企业内部与外部研发的六种典型研发模式以及各模式优缺点基础上,分析了企业规模、研发目标、资源状态、企业吸收与研发能力、战略性保护机制等内部因素以及技术、市场、政策环境等外部因素对典型研发模式选择产生的影响。构建不同因素状态下对应的研发模式表,提出因素状态确定方法,以及基于因素权重与因素一模式矩阵计算规则函数值以确定研发模式的方法,并选择北京一家全球规模最大的非电空调制造企业新一代空调产品研发项目开展实证研究,确定其开展研发的最优模式。
本文在分析企業內部與外部研髮的六種典型研髮模式以及各模式優缺點基礎上,分析瞭企業規模、研髮目標、資源狀態、企業吸收與研髮能力、戰略性保護機製等內部因素以及技術、市場、政策環境等外部因素對典型研髮模式選擇產生的影響。構建不同因素狀態下對應的研髮模式錶,提齣因素狀態確定方法,以及基于因素權重與因素一模式矩陣計算規則函數值以確定研髮模式的方法,併選擇北京一傢全毬規模最大的非電空調製造企業新一代空調產品研髮項目開展實證研究,確定其開展研髮的最優模式。

Based on the analysis of six typical internal and external R&D modes of enterprise and comments on their advantages & dis- advantage, factors influencing R&D modes selection are analyzed, including internal factors (enterprise scale, R&D objectives, re- sources situation, absorbing capability, R&D capability and strategic protecting mechanism) and external factors (technology, mar- ket and politics environment) . Different factors' character situation matching different R&D modes and the matching table is construc- ted, and factors' character situation confirming method is designed, and finally a regulation formula is designed to select R&D mode by the combination of factors weight and factors-mode matrix. Furthermore, a company located in Beijing, which is a non-electricity air- conditioner with the largest scale in the world, will implement a research project on next generation of air-conditioner. We choose it to make a positive research, to help them choose an optimal RRD mode. The research solves the problem different factors matching differ- ent R&D mode, which is hard for enterprise to choose one. The quantitative selecting method lets R&D mode selection become more sci- entific and applicable.
