通过CCR模型与超效率模型测算中国内地11个城市与香港的金融效率,运用BCC模型和Malmquist指数分解模型对比分析内地与香港金融效率各构成因素差异,结果显示,内地金融效率在技术进步率、纯技术效率、规模效率均与香港存在不同程度差异,按照金融发展程度与金融效率构成因素差异将内地11个城市划分为金融发展较成熟且效率较高、规模效应不足、新兴、不成熟城市4种类型,影响第一类与第三类、第二类与第四类城市金融效率提升的关键因素分别是技术进步、规模效益与投入产出因素。最后,有针对性地借鉴香港经验,探析内地不同类型城市金融效率提升路径。

Based on CRR model and super efficiency (SDEA) model, this paper makes a research to measure financial efficiency between 11 cities in mainland China and Hong Kong, and conducts financial elements efficiency and input-output analysis through BBC model and Malmquist index decomposition model. The con- clusion is. There are differences in the rate of technological progress, the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency between mainland and Hong Kong financial efficiency. Mainland cities can be divided into four categories: mature financial development and high financial efficiency cities, low scale efficiency established finan- cial cities, emerging financial cities and immature financial development cities. The technological progress is the key factor that affect the first and the third type of city's financial efficiencies, the scale and input-output are the key factors that affect the second and the fourth type of city's financial efficiencies. Finally, this paper puts forward paths of ascension about financial efficiency for different cities.
