The rapid development of computer technology and intemet promoted the world to enter a new trade era. Ecommerce not only provides new development space for enterprises, but also provides a new path to enhance competition advantage. Based on the analysis of current situation of air ticket sales agent industry and market participants, this paper focuses on the design thought and executive implantation of e-commerce for air ticket sales company, and points out that the reform for e-commerce system is the road the air ticket sales industry must take to keep and enlarge the current advantage.
