近些年来,以微博、微信等为代表的自媒体,已成为网络传播最活跃的主体和新兴舆论场。面对这一形势,高校宣传思想工作者应对自媒体进行深入研究,分析自媒体对高校宣传思想工作提出的机遇和挑战,从创新工作思路、创新管理机制、创新队伍建设来提高宣传思想工作的实效性。

We-Media（ micro-blog and Micro-message as its representative）,has become the most active subject of network communication and an integral part of emerging media in recent years.Facing this situation, the staff of propaganda in University should make a deeply study of we-media.They should analyze the opportunities and challenges of we-media, and give advice to improve the effectiveness of propaganda ideological work such as innovativing work ideas, management mechanism and team.
