新形势下,辅导员队伍建设专业化、职业化的趋势对辅导员专业素质提出更高的要求。辅导员专业研究能力是辅导员专业化发展和职业化进程的重要要素。辅导员专业研究能力与辅导员专业化发展紧密相连,是辅导员专业化发展的题中之义。当前,辅导员专业研究能力培养取得了一定的成绩,但也存在不少问题,解析辅导员专业研究能力培养现状和原因,探索辅导员专业研究能力提升路径具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

However there still exists some problems. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value in the analyzing of the status and the exploring of the path of ascension.
