公共建筑环境质量评价一般较注重对公共建筑物客观质量标准的评价,而对其主观性评价较少,然而使用者的主观体验直接决定着建筑物的评价结果,且更能体现建筑物的使用价值和意义。本文在国内外使用状况评价（POE）研究和环境质量评价研究的理论基础上,首次尝试大型体育场馆环境质量主观评价体系构建,探讨其概念解析、评价方法选择、评价因素组成等方面,并以广州天河体育场、广州新体育馆和广州奥林匹克体育中心体育场三大场馆为例,进行大型体育场馆环境质量评价的初探。

Enviroment evaluation of Public building usually focus on the objective evalution, less on subjective evalution, however the user＇s subjective experience directly determines the evaluation results, and can reflected the use value of Building. Combined the study of Post Occupancy Evaluation and enviromental quality evaluation, this paper first put forward application about subjective e- valuation method of public building＇s enviroment quality in the evaluation of large sports venues, and investigate the feasibility of application,the paper determinate the factors of the subjective evaluation of large sports venues, using this factors to research the environment quality of the Guangzhou Tianhe stadium, the Guangzhou new gymnasium and the Guangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium.
