近些年行政执法人员执法水平不断提高,公平、公正、公开的执法理念也深入人心,同时,民众法律意识、社会监督能力也不断加强,造成行政执法人员工作倦怠情况产生了较大变化。本文以山东省高速警察作为行政执法人员的典型代表进行工作倦怠调查,通过实证和文献对比的分析,了解其工作倦怠的结构和特征,发现其低成就感升高已成为工作倦怠的重要内容,并根据研究的结果,提出了有针对性的预防行政执法人员工作倦怠发生的建议和对策。

The level of administrative law enforcement officers continues improving. The law enforcement concepts of just, fair and open are extremely popular. At the same time, public legal awareness and social supervision ability also continues strengthening, which makes the law enforcement officers have a greater change of job burnout in recent years. The pa per takes Shandong freeway police as a typical form and uses empirical and comparative analysis to investigate the job burnout of the executive law enforcement officer. From the study we know about the structure and characteristics of job burnout, and the results showed that low achievement is a key issue to change the hierarchy of job burnout. There fore, some suggestions are offered for organizations to cope with job burnout in administrative law enforcement organs according to the research results.
