中国是一个发展中国家，也是一个大国。基于此，中国履行国际责任，应坚持量力而行、权责平衡和互利共赢的基本原则。它不仅仅只是维护既有国际秩序的稳定，也体现为致力于推动国际秩序更为公正合理的变革与完善。中国的国际责任不是维护某些西方国家的私利，而主要在于维护并增进发展中国家及全人类的共同利益。作为“负责任的发展中大国”，中国应当继续把发展中国家作为自身履行大国责任的重点区域，进而推进世界的和平与发展进程。中国通过不断增进的国际责任担当，不仅显著扩大了自身国际合作空间、提升了自身国际影响力与话语权，也推动了发展中国家的和平与发展进程、国际秩序的合理变迁以及全人类共同福祉的增进。中国正在以自己的行动告诉世界，中国发展不仅造福自身，也必将惠及世界。

China is a developing country but at the same time a big power. To better shoulder its international responsibility, China must stick to principles of acting to the best of its ability, keeping balance between rights and obligations, and achieving mutual benefits and win -win. China should not only maintain the stability of the established world order, but also devote itself to promoting the reform and improvement of the present world order. Instead of guaranteeing specific interests of certain Western countries, China should be committed to enhancing interests of other developing countries as well as the common interests of the humankind. As a developing power at present, China should still prioritize other developing countries as the areas to better fulfill its international responsibility. On this basis, then China can further push forward the process of peace and development of the whole world. Through embarking on increasing international responsibilities, China has strengthened its international cooperation with other countries, enhanced its international influence and voice, promoted the process of peace and development of other developing countries, and brought about some reasonable changes in the world order. China＇ s activity shows that its development will benefit not only itself but also the whole world.
