近百年来,随着社会变革与文化变迁,我国音乐教师教育培养目标的价值取向经历了从"政治挂帅"到"政-经主导"两大阶段,尽管也不乏个人价值关怀的端倪,然整体来说形变而神未变,依然是建立在社会发展需求之上的一种价值观念,体现了"社会本位"的特点。我国"重人伦"、"重群体"之传统文化观、"乐之教化在于道德"之传统音乐文化观及"圣人君子"之传统教育目的观是潜藏于其后的文化根源。在新的历史时期,应关注文化土壤的更新、建设现代文化;重构现代教育价值体系;注重课程实践,树立培养目标与课程实践相统一的政策执行理念,以实现音乐教师教育培养目标"以人为本"的价值取向。

Over the past century, along with the social and cultural changes, the value orientation of music teacher education' s training goal has experienced two main stages, namely from "Dominated by politics" to "Dominated by politics and economy". Although there is no lack of concerns for individual value, it' s no changes overall. It is one kind of value concept which is established on social need and reflects the characteristics of the "social standard". It is rooted in Chinese traditional culture. The traditional culture always values "ethics" and "collectivism" . The traditional music education holds that music should influence people from moral. The traditional education purpose is to become a saint. In the new historical period, the "people-ofiented" will become a new development trend in the value orientation of music teacher education' s training goal. We should pay attention to t updating the cultural soil and constructing modern culture, reconstructing modern education value system, focusing on curriculum practice and setting up the policy implementation concept of the unity of cultivation goal and curriculum practice.
